Zoga Movement Therapy
This is a 12 sessions therapeutic process lead by Certificated Zoga Movement Therapist who will use a postural and movement assessments to check which areas have possible restrictions and vectors of pull that are holding a structural and movement pattern of a Client.
After this biomechanical assessment Therapist uses guided movement of a client and manual interventions that are changing spatial organisation and relationships of myofascial layers and bones to each other. It is a process that supports and leads to Structural Integration goals. It gives a client another opportunity to understand himself through movement and give chance to take a responsibility back for a freedom of movement in life.
