Zoga Movement Introduction – Introductory Workshops

Zoga was developed through the creator Wojciech Cackowski’s decade-long exploration of possibilities for changing the structure and function of the human body. Confronting scoliosis, he sought methods capable of alleviating issues associated with a body exhibiting a distinct scoliotic pattern.

Structural Integration Anatomy Trains, Osteopathic visceral therapies, joint work, and precise utilization of yoga asanas became the path to freeing himself from scoliosis-related problems and significantly reducing postural patterns.

Combining these experiences resulted in a method focused on making changes in the spatial organization of the body, leading to the development of a more efficient postural pattern that balances itself in gravity. Zoga aims to provide freedom and awareness of movement and posture in 4D, challenging all possible body relationships to gravity and creating multiple global and local movement vectors available in the body. It uses the map of Anatomy Trains to guide biomechanical interventions around the tensegrity fascial system. Yoga asanas serve as functional tests and positions inducing various pulling vectors between different fascial layers. Zoga is designed to support Structural Integration goals and create lasting changes in the musculofascial organization of the human body.

  • Zoga Movement Introduction – Mandurah, WA

    Mandurah, WA | 12th, 13th & 14th January 2026

    ZOGA MULTIDIMENSIONAL MOVEMENT® INTRODUCTION

Training for physiotherapists specialising in various fields of sports medicine, conservative and surgical orthopedics, movement and manual therapists, massage technicians, coaches, movement instructors, yoga and fitness teachers, as well as students of the above disciplines.

During this training, participants will be introduced to the fundamental principles of working with the Zoga Movement® method. They will be presented with the concept of relative tissue motion and its impact on chain reactions in joints, which conditions the possibility of free movement. They will also learn the basics of postural analysis and biomechanical analysis of the body in motion. The next step will be to experience how properly designed movement sequences can bring about changes in the spatial organisation of the body in gravity and restore greater movement potential in both their own body and that of the patient.

Additionally, participants will become familiar with effective manual techniques and assisted movement techniques that help achieve both local and global changes in the biomechanical system of their patients.

Zoga Movement®  represents a new way of thinking about human biomechanics and about how movement influences relationships between all anatomical structures in relation to one another and to gravity. It is a concept that begins with assessment, then removes restrictions, and increases the possibilities for maintaining body health in every aspect.

I STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION OF THE SKULL trainings: 1Introductory trainings

  • Structural integration of the Cranium – Mandurah, WA

    Mandurah, WA | 5th, 6th & 7th Febuary 2026

    Leader: Wojciech Cackowski

    Date:5th, 6th & 7th Febuary 2026

    STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION OF THE CRANIUM

This training is designed for therapists who want to learn how to work on the cranium, a method that can effectively influence its shape and existing asymmetries.

Through gentle and precise rotational and balancing movements, the therapist introduces changes in tension within the layers of fascia. These changes affect the relationships of bony elements as well as their internal stresses and deformations.

Ida Rolf worked on the cranium in one of the Structural Integration sessions together with Sharon Wheeler, her direct student. Wheeler further developed this approach toward gentle reshaping of cranial asymmetries in children. The seventh session is considered a central element within the ten-session process of structural integration.

The main protocol of this session originates from Dr. Rolf, enriched with several unique bone-changing techniques developed specifically for the cranium by Sharon Wheeler. These bone change techniques are direct and can be expected to create significant structural transformations.

Other specialised cranial techniques include holds for the mandible, zygomatic arch, orbits, and the atlas/axis relationship. We will also address the nose, ears, and other anterior cervical structures.

Participants will take part in supervised sessions and will have the opportunity to work with an external mode

SCARWORK – WORKING WITH SCARS. INTEGRATING SCARS INTO THE FASCIAL NETWORK

Discover ScarWork – a manual therapy approach tailored to the type of scar, its age, and the healing process, developed by Sharon Wheeler.

According to its creator, Sharon Wheeler, ScarWork is the art of integrating scars into the fascial network.
The aim of this training is to assess and treat all types of scars using ScarWork manual techniques.

This 3-day course is highly practice-oriented. Participants first learn techniques by working on their own scars and then, in subsequent days, by applying them in therapy with patients. Theoretical lectures present the latest knowledge on scar formation, treatment, and rehabilitation. This training structure allows therapists to quickly gain experience with different types of scars and to observe changes occurring during and after therapy.
