Głównym celem kursu jest nabycie przez uczestników wiedzy i umiejętności w zakresie wykorzystania map taśm anatomicznych (Anatomy Trains) do kierowania procesem biomechanicznych interwencji wokół tensegacyjnego systemu powięziowego w praktyce ortopodologicznej i podologicznej. W trakcie szkolenia kursanci będą eksplorować anatomię i biomechanikę ruchu nóg kończyn dolnych. Obejmuje to ruch grupowy, analizę funkcjonalną i posturalną, manualne kierowanie i interwencje. Szkolenie dotyczy najczęstszych wzorców postawy i daje kursantom narzędzia do badania i oddziaływania terapeutycznego w celu poprawy funkcjonowania w tym obszarze i lepszej jego relacji z resztą układu tensegracyjnego ciała.

Course information
The main objective of the course is for participants to acquire knowledge and skills in using anatomical myofascial maps (Anatomy Trains) to guide the process of biomechanical interventions within the tensegrity-based fascial system in orthopodology and podiatry practice.
During the training, participants will explore the anatomy and biomechanics of lower limb movement. This includes group movement work, functional and postural analysis, manual guidance, and therapeutic interventions. The course addresses the most common postural patterns and provides participants with tools for assessment and therapeutic application aimed at improving function in this area and enhancing its relationship with the rest of the body’s tensegrity system.
