ZOGA in Orthopodology, Rzeszów
The main objective of the course is for participants to acquire knowledge and practical skills in using anatomical myofascial maps (Anatomy Trains) to guide biomechanical interventions within the tensegrity-based fascial system in orthopodology and podiatry practice. During the training, participants will explore the anatomy and biomechanics of lower limb movement. This includes group movement sessions, functional and postural analysis, as well as manual guidance and therapeutic interventions. The course addresses the most common postural patterns and provides participants with assessment and therapeutic tools aimed at improving function in this area and enhancing its relationship with the body’s overall tensegrity system.
